Fish Identification
For Experienced Diver (experience required)
The PADI Fish Identification Specialty Course is designed for divers who love marine life and want to enhance their underwater experiences by learning how to identify different fish species. Through two open water dives, you’ll gain the skills to recognize key fish families, understand their behaviors, and confidently log your sightings. If you’ve ever surfaced from a dive wondering, “What kind of fish was that?”, this course is perfect for you. Next, you’ll practice essential skills like mask clearing and safety checks in a pool or calm water. Finally, you’ll complete four open water dives with an instructor, applying your skills while exploring underwater.
