Refresher Dives

For divers in need of a refresher, both Kalpitiya and Trincomalee require you to arrive at the dive center by 7:30a.m.; if you haven’t dived in the last six months, you’ll first complete a pool session (especially for open water divers), followed by equipment checks, paperwork, and a briefing. In Kalpitiya, you can opt for one or two dives on the second day. In Trincomalee, after the initial preparations, a single dive will take you to a depth of 12m, while choosing two dives means the first day’s dive will be at 18m, and the second day’s dive will be a shallower session with confined-water skills.
