Divemaster
Required Qualification: Rescue Diver Min Age: 18 years
Share your passion for scuba diving by becoming a PADI Divemaster. As a Divemaster, you’ll supervise scuba diving activities and assist with scuba classes, making it the first step in your professional diving career. The course fee covers only the online training and assessments; practical training, dives, dive equipment, training materials, and application forms are available at additional costs through your PADI Dive Center.
The PADI Divemaster course teaches you to lead and manage dive activities through knowledge development, waterskills exercises, workshops, and hands-on assessments. You’ll gain expertise in areas such as supervising dive activities, assisting with student divers, risk management, and conducting Divemaster-led programs. Additional topics include dive site mapping, dive briefings, environmental awareness, organizing search and recovery or deep dive projects, and assisting with Discover Scuba Diving and Discover Local Diving programs.

Your first breath underwater is something you will never forget! During this course, you learn the skills and knowledge needed to become a certified diver, get an understanding of how to use your equipment and care for it, how to manoeuvre underwater with all the gear, to dive with a buddy and understand safe diving practices, dive planning, and get comfortable with your buoyancy while respecting the environment you are surrounded. The course consists of 5 confined water sessions and 4 dives at local spots under the supervision of a PADI Dive Instructor.
